How is the delivery fee calculated for my order?

Delivery fees are calculated based on location, load, and labor. These three factors determine how many people and vehicles/trailers we need to get you the order when you need it, and consequently how much we have to charge to cover those expenses.

Can I pick-up and/or drop-off my order to omit the delivery fee?

Unfortunately we do not allow this option due to liability and safety concerns. Most items in our inventory weigh an average of 180 pounds and have moving parts and pieces. These two factors are what our staff are equipped and trained to handle safely, not to mention assemble so that the rental items stay safe and secure for you and your guests during your event.

What is the best way for me to pay for my order?

We currently accept cash and check payments. We will soon be accepting electronic payments.
